Arpiscella – Santo Stefano d’Aveto

A day of celebration, tradition, and gastronomy in the village of Arpiscella, a hamlet of Santo Stefano d'Aveto, to rediscover the ancient tradition of threshing of wheat and spend a day together dedicated to socializing.

🍽️ Traditional lunch

Dalle 12:00 PM it will be possible to enjoy a rich complete menu at the cost of 25 €, which includes:

• Polenta with pesto or with mushroom sauce
• Roast beef with potatoes
• Arpiscella cheese
• Homemade desserts
• One drink included (water or wine)

And after lunch… time for a snack!

A convivial moment with cheese, salami, and homemade bread, accompanied by music, singing, and dancing to keep the party going into the evening.

🌾 A traditional festival

“Se batte u gran” is an opportunity to keep alive the memory of the ancient farming traditions of the Aveto, amidst wheat processing, local products, homemade cuisine, and moments of celebration shared by the community.
