Slopes of Monte Nero

We are at the end of February, ready for a second guided winter hike through the slopes of Mount Nero and the main peaks of the Aveto area.

A scenic itinerary of great naturalistic interest that touches the Mount Bue, he Mount Maggiorasca e Prato Cipolla, with a return from Meadow of the Madonna.

Itinerary:
Monte Nero (1,735 m) – Monte Bue and Maggiorasca (1,805 m) – Prato Cipolla (1,580 m) – Prato della Madonna (1,701 m)

📍 Tomarlo Pass – hour 10.00

Technical data:

• Positive elevation gain: around 550 m

• Actual walking time: about 5 hours

Mandatory equipment:
Winter trekking clothing, boots, snowshoes or microspikes, sticks.
