Transhumance 2026: lunch at Agriristoro Vecchia Falegnameria

On October 25, 2026, Agriristoro Vecchia Falegnameria, located at Amborzasco 106 in Santo Stefano d’Aveto, will offer an event dedicated to the flavors of tradition and mountain cuisine, in occasion of the Transumanza 2026.

An opportunity to spend a day in Val d’Aveto and enjoy genuine dishes inspired by the local gastronomic tradition.

The menu

• First choice: mushroom polenta, polenta with sarazzu or pappardelle with wild boar ragout.

• According to choice, with a side dish: roast in the oven or cheese on a plate.

• Sweet.

• Drinks included: water, wine and coffee.
