Sunday 25 October – Guided hike on Mount Penna
Autumn transforms the beech forests into a spectacle of colors and evocative atmospheres. An excursion to discover Monte Penna, among golden forests, trails immersed in nature, and breathtaking views from the summit.
The experience, accompanied by an environmental guide, offers a route through history, nature and the landscapes of the Ligurian Apennines, with several stops of naturalistic and scenic interest.
Program of the day

10:00 – Meeting in Borgo di Rezzoaglio, appointment with the environmental guide.

The forest: discovery of the foliage in the magnificent beech forest of Monte Penna.

La Nave: an evocative natural crevice that resembles the keel of a ship that has capsized.

Monte Pennino: a walk along an easy and fun walkway equipped with railings.

The top of Mount Penna: panorama from the chapel and from the large statue of Our Lady of Mount Penna.

The pond: a small body of water at the foot of the rocky walls of Pennino.

Refuge Casermette del Penna: return to the cars and possibility of an optional snack.
A day to experience the mountains in their autumn guise, amidst foliage, panoramic views, and moments of shared enjoyment.
