The Tourism and Sports Association “Casoni Sotto il Penna” organize the 17th Mushroom and Quarantina Potato Festival, a day dedicated to the flavors, traditions, and typical products of the Santo Stefano d’Aveto area.
An unmissable event for lovers of local gastronomy and the world of mushrooms, with the participation of expert mycologists and an interesting exhibition of illustrative plates dedicated to the main fungal species and their reproductive cycle.
During the event, it will also be possible to learn about and purchase local traditional products.
🍄 A day among mushrooms and tradition
The festival offers a rich program:
- exhibition of illustrative charts on the main fungal species;
- insights into the world of mushrooms with the participation of expert mycologists;
- exhibition and sale of typical local products;
- traditional gastronomy;
- afternoon of music.
🍽️ Gastronomy from 12:30 PM
Lunch, indoors, offers a menu dedicated to traditional flavors:
- fried mushrooms;
- polenta;
- barbecue;
- melted local cheese;
- grilled sausage;
- chips;
- local desserts.
Also available will be a ample parking space.
🎶 Afternoon in music
Starting in the afternoon, make room for music with Maestro Alberto Kalle, to accompany the party and end the day in a joyful spirit.
